New Clients
When You Arrive
We desire for both animals and humans to feel safe and secure in our office. Please familiarize yourself with what to expect when visiting our clinic.
We try our hardest to make all animals feel comfortable during their visit. It’s completely normal if your pet feels uneasy around new people, new surroundings, and other pets. We’re pros at helping them stay calm.
- All dogs must be on a leash and restrained adequately while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
- All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
- For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A drop-off means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave them with us for a couple of hours. Usually, we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning. Once finished, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and review discharge instructions.
- For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that your pet’s vaccinations be up to date.
