Frances

Frances joined the Willow Grove Animal Clinic team in December 2023, bringing with her a lifelong love of animals and a genuine passion for their care. She believes there is something truly special about the unconditional love pets give their families, and she finds great joy in helping them live happy, healthy lives. As an animal caretaker, she takes pride in making every patient feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while giving pet owners confidence that their beloved companions are in good hands.

One of Frances’ favorite parts of working at Willow Grove is knowing she can make a positive difference for both pets and the people who love them. She enjoys caring for every animal she meets and helping clients feel reassured that their furry family members are receiving compassionate, attentive care. Her goal is for every family to leave knowing their pet was treated with the same kindness and respect she would want for her own.

Outside of the clinic, Frances stays busy with a full house that includes three children and three beloved pets. Her family includes Zot, her remarkable cat who is more than 20 years old and affectionately referred to as “immortal,” Bo, her adopted “chaos gremlin” cat, and Mickey, her senior dog who came into her life when she needed him most. In her free time, she enjoys painting, working on puzzles and diamond art, and spending relaxing days at the beach.
